Produced in the oldest Chianti Classico production zone, as the specifications state, this area gave its name to the wine and is the only one where Chianti Classico is produced. It stretches between Florence and Siena in an area of poignant beauty, made up of villages perched on the tops of hills, olive trees cultivated in steep fields with irregular contours, and cypress trees lined up in rows to delimit the countless gravel roads.

Colour

Ruby red tending to garnet with ageing.

Bouquet

Clear, intensely vinous, hint of flowers, particularly violet.

Velvety, tasty, round, with good body and structure.
