This is the company's "Historic Reserve", a limited edition of 3,000 bottles. Every year, since 2006, the company has been releasing a 10-year-old Villa di Capezzana to accompany the latest vintage on the market.

Colour

Ruby red with garnet hues.

Bouquet

Notes of coffee, vanilla, liquorice, leather, spices and wood are well-blended with ripe Sangiovese grapes.

Flavour

Full-bodied and enveloping in the mouth, soft with silky tannins. Good acidity, long and balanced with a sweet finish tending towards coffee and liquorice.

It pairs well with all meats in general and cheeses.
