||In typical white for high quality sparkling wine bases. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 18 °C and the wine then remains on the lees until just before the draught which takes place the following spring.
||Sparkling wine produced in according with Metodo Classico method with 20 months on the lees.
||Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with light appetizers, with dishes based on fresh water fish and seafood, soup and mushrooms.
