Cantine Monfort Blanc de Sers Brut Nature 2021

Monfort's latest creation, the Blanc de Sers Brut Nature is a Classic Method sparkling wine with nine months on the lees made from Valderbara, Vernaza and Nosiola grapes from the terraced hills of Serso and Viarago.

	Perlage Fine.
	Colour Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
	Bouquet White flowers and a hint of green apple enhanced by a touch of hay.
	Flavour Pleasant, tasty and fresh.

Pairing

Excellent as an apéritif, it goes very well with light appetizers, with dishes based on freshwater fish and seafood, soup and mushrooms.

Ageing	According to the Classic Method specifications with 20 months on the lees.
