||The mild winter and then become stiff and rainy has slowed the budding, delineating the conditions of a lower production. The summer, with great light intensity, was dry and ventilated. ||Levia Gravia 2013 is a particular wine: the grapes that compose it come exclusively from the vineyards of the San Biagio hill, located at about 210 m. of altitude, and overlooking the sea. The grapes were hand-picked and carefully selected. After maceration / fermentation in stainless steel for about 9/12 days, racking takes place. The winemaker proceeds to create the assembly, determining the expressions and the taste of the two varieties used.
||Subsequently the wine is transferred to French oak barrels where it will begin its long maturation.
||Ideal with meat such as stews, roasts, braised red meats and game based preparations; but also with aged cheeses, marbled and with meat or cheese stuffed pasta.
