The Franciacorta Millesimati di Ca' del Bosco is obtained from the selection of the best coming grapes from “the historical” vineyards of the Company, that they have a advanced age to the 25 years. The wines base obtain exclusively with the alcoholic fermentation of musts first fraction.

Bouquet

Aromatic proposal given by cedar, smith apple, kiwi, cedar grass and resinous notes.

Flavour

The drink is creamy and the foam small and well amalgamated; balanced and rich development of olfactory perceptions. The finish is long and elegant.

Vinification	Alcoholic fermentation of musts first fraction (approximately 45% of the weight of the grape) that it happens in termocondizionati steel vats and, for some games, in small oak barrels. Permanence on leavens For a medium period of 48 months.
Ageing	After a wait at least 8 months, it is proceeded to the creation of every single one cuvée. to the search of that character and that impeccable gustativo equilibrium that could not be more modified till the commercialization. Al dégorgement, in fact, the Dosage Zéro does not receive some sugar addition with the liqueur. Along sharpening in bottle it happens in wine cellars buried to a constant temperature of 12°C.
