Our most traditional Barbaresco is born from the vineyards that surround the farm, matured, as in the past, exclusively in large casks. It expresses at its best the elegance of the wine without showing the muscles of Nebbiolo.

Intense aroma, with wrap-around notes of fruit, withered flowers and aromas of undergrowth

Flavour

Dry, velvety and harmonious flavor, it closes with a warm and rightly tannic finish.

Pairing

It is ideally suited to roast or terrine meats, aged cheeses or "fonduta", to meat and vegetable soups.

Ageing	The wine ages for 30 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. It is then refined in bottles for 6 months before tackling the market.
