||The grapes are dirty, fermented on skins in thermally conditioned steel tanks for about 60 days. The grapes are macerated by means of submerged skins.
||The wine matures for 30 months in wood, starts in large barrels of oak and part in French tonneaux. Affinate in bottle for 6 months.
