The nose is very reminiscent of strawberries, raspberries, plums and cherries.

Flavour

On the palate, it unfolds its full strength, is pulpy and velvety, and compared to the Pinot Nero Riserva, the Vigna Zis is even more concentrated, robust and spicy.

Ageing	After malolactic fermentation, the wine rests for a minimum of one year in Tonneau barrels, where it is divided into two ageing variants: the first one is new, whereas the second one is of second passage.
