||The sandy clay soil, the wind from Lake Garda and the afternoon sun provide the perfect conditions for the vines.
||The selected grapes, picked as late as possible and when fully ripe, are fermented in a large wooden barrel.
||The biological acid reduction follows, the wine is put in tonneau for at least one year using two production methods, new and second tonneaux.
||Ideal with grilled or roasted meat and game. Also with smoked or grilled fish. The perfect accompaniment to mature cheese.
