Altitude: 250 m a.s.l. near the Trodena stream on a scree slope. Exposure: South-West. |
| Vinification |
The destemmed grapes are then carefully pressed after brief contact with the skins. This wine ferments in steel tanks and is left on the fine lees until Easter. |
| Pairing |
Served chilled as an aperitif and accompaniment to fish, shellfish and molluscs, it is highly recommended with risottos and pasta dishes. |
