This is the Barolo that has always produced until the beginning of the seventies, a period in which then began to take hold winemaking for single vineyard. Vinification	The wine-making system is that applied to major subzones in family ownership with shorter maceration. According Giovan Battista Croce (1606), Nebbiolo name derives from the transposition of the adjective "noble"; This is why we love refine our Barolo in large Slavonian oak from 1500 to 3000 lt., (with slats bent on fire but not roasted) and not new (the early years are used for Barbera). We believe a noble Nebbiolo variety that develops the power gracefully.
