Brancaia Metodo Classico Stella Brut
The idea of producing a sparkling wine arose from the desire to take on a new challenge. Barbara and the Brancaia Team worked on the blending of the sparkling wine base with 100% Chardonnay grapes and their own liqueur de tirage recipe. In order to characterise the wine with the unique Brancaia style, a liqueur d'expédition containing, among other things, a few drops of our Il Bianco was developed. The result is a fresh and elegant sparkling wine with a fine perlage, which perfectly embraces the Brancaia style.
