In the Grave of Friuli, it enjoys a particularly favorable climate due to the thermal excursions that favor the preservation of the aromas in the grapes and which allow to give life to wines of great charm.

Vinification From the moment of destemming of the grapes, all the vinification takes place in complete "reduction" (absence of oxygen) and at controlled temperature in order to preserve the aromas of the grapes. Vinified entirely in steel, the wine stops on the lees with frequent battonages for at least 4 months.
