Boasso Barolo Comune di Serralunga 2018

Colour

Deep ruby with garnet reflections.

Bouquet

Complex and persuasive nose with touches of overripe fruit and spices.

Flavour

In the mouth, it succeeds admirably in combining the sumptuous richness of texture with surprising ease of drinking. The finish is long and corresponding, barely warmed by an excellent alcoholic power, the glycerinous persuasiveness of its expression: a sour cherry of great pulpiness, on the nose suave, intensely minty.

Pairing

It pairs well with main courses of meat, game and aged cheeses.
