||The grapes undergo the traditional destemming and pressing process then the alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks with at about 28 °C temperature for one week. The malolactic fermentation is always made in steel tanks where the wine is put by a decanting process and it stays there for improvement during a period of 5 months. The wine is bottled in April.
