Soft foam, soft, with good persistence of a slight crown; perlage thin and continuous. Straw yellow with light green reflections.
Fresh, rich, smart, fairly persistent and medium intensity. Hints of white fruit, with hints of tropical fruit, light shades of spice.

Location Franciacorta (Brescia), from estate vineyards located in the Municipality of Corte Franca.
Yield x hectare 80-100 q.
Vinification The grapes are hand harvested and placed in crates of 18 kg, to preserve the grapes perfectly intact during transportation to the Center of pressing. Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are placed in special presses that perform a soft pressing and progressive in order to extract the best part of the juice: the juice. Each press also allows a precise selection and fractionation of must, during all phases of the cycle. The first fermentation, which occurs through yeast Saccharomyces bayanus, selected to enhance the aromatic grape heritage, takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of about 18 ° C. A small proportion of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is aged in oak barrels before blending final.
Aging Bottling (Tirage) in spring next year's harvest; aging in contact with the lees for a minimum of 18 months after disgorgement (Dégorgement) bottles buried in the cellar for at least 2 months prior to shipment.
