Basilisco Sophia 2015
The slopes of Mount Vulture born basilisk. Its 25 hectares of the property are owned and organic soils of volcanic origin, are tuff and layers of flysch. Straw yellow with lively green reflections; nose delicate flowers and fruit crisp white. The taste has a good length supported by the flavor typical of the volcanic. The wine accompanies pleasantly stuffed pizzas and snacks typical of the country tradition.
