Bouquet

It has a subtle fragrance with delicious notes of yellow fruits such as mango, pear, peach, apricot, pineapple, and quince. It also has notes of spring flowers of violet, iris and acacia, musk and spices, as well as hazelnuts and almonds.

Flavour

An elegant and very fragrant wine, soft and full-bodied. A delight for the palate with great opulence, persistence and balance.

Harvest	By hand, in three different times to create three bases: acidic, technical ripeness and over-ripening.
Vinification	Selection of grapes followed by soft pressing, static clarification of the musts and spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing	In stainless steel tanks on the lees for 3 months, followed by blending of the three bases and bottle ageing for at least 2 months.
