Climate	Altitude: 750-800 m. a.s.l.
Soil composition	Sandy soils of volcanic texture.
Harvest	Between the end of September and the first decade of October.
Vinification	After careful manual selection of the grapes, they are softly pressed and fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures.
Ageing	Ageing takes place in steel for at least 6 months on the lees. Maturation is then completed in the bottle.
