The blend is Chardonnay (51%), Pinot Noir (30%), Pinot Meunier (10%) and 9% red still wine from Mareuil-sur-Ay (from old vines).

	Perlage The mousse is fine and persistent.
	Colour A delicate cherry colour with a hint of copper.
	Bouquet On the nose, there are aromas of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, morello cherries) together with spice notes.
	Flavour On the palate, this wine is powerful, vinous and is well balanced. The finish, rich and fresh, is elegant and long lasting.

Pairing

Ayala Rose; is perfect as an aperitif or with hot appetizers. It will also be superb with salmon or with desserts made out of red fruits or crumbles.
