The Alliance Vinum is a group of six Nobile wine producers - Salcheto, Poliziano, La Braccesca, Dei, Boscarelli and Avignonesi - dedicated to the rediscovery of the Nobile. The six oenologists coordinated their respective work, each producing a cru of DOCG Nobile 100% Sangiovese specifically for this project. This Poggetto di Sopra wine highlights the characteristics of its environment, recalling the clay soil on which it stands.

Bouquet

Complex, with notes of raspberry sorbet and Indian spices, especially cloves and cardamom.

Flavour

Silky tannins with a long persistent finish.
