||Sedimentary rocks from the cretaceous period, clayey limestone soils.
||The grapes are hand harvested when fully ripe and pressed immediately.
||The juices go through static settling. Only the clear juices are vinified, 100% in stainless steel tanks. The bottling has to be done in Spring depending on the harvest in order to preserve the coolness and the natural fruitiness of this cuvee.
||This wine can be served at the beginning of the meal or with selfish, fish or goats cheese.
