This chardonnay and pinot meunier blend comes from Premier Cru vineyards in Jouy-lès-Reims. Pinot meunier comes from the "l'Auditeur" parcel and for 30% is a selection of grapes from old vineyards.

The nose reveals elegant scents of white pulp fruit, yellow flowers and aromatic herbs.

Flavour

In the mouth, great freshness and energy thrive. It develops on citrus and fruit notes, with a strong mineral texture. Closes persistent and harmonious.

Pairing

This cuvée brut marries wonderfully with grilled or baked fish, but also with poultry accompanied by structurally sized sauces. Perfect also with seafood and crustaceans.
