Attems Ribolla Gialla 2023
Ribolla Gialla of Friuli-Venezia Giulia is one of the typical varieties of the area. It is a wine characterised by a straw-yellow colour and a very delicate, ethereal, floral bouquet. Due to its freshness and marked acidity, it is also a wine suitable as an aperitif.

Colour

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet

The bouquet is very delicate, with suggestive scents of spring shoots, daisies and dog roses.

Flavour

Tasting the wine, with its light, fine body, one perceives fruity sensations of gooseberry and avocado. The finish is characteristic, savoury, with a crisp but never excessive acidity.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif with finger food, vegetable flans and savoury pies. It is also a perfect companion with raw fish dishes.

Ageing After fermentation, the wine stays on the noble lees for 4 months.
