||The year has been favorable in terms of quality. The weather was particularly rainy season in the early vegetative stages, including the time of flowering. This had a marked influence sull'allegagione, causing a decline in the yield of grapes per hectare. At the same time thinning the grapes - and wine farming practices manuals (stripping, chamfers and cleaning drums) - have provided an optimal health. The month of August was wonderful, warm, ventilated place. At the end of the month and throughout September the temperature between night and day ensured the complex and intense elemental composition of aromatic nell'acino. The collection was handled in a peaceful, the good climatic conditions have allowed full control of the maturity of each variety, and to choose the best time to harvest wines of intense bouquet and yet complex and full bodied with taste.
