Champagne that only comes from Avise Chardonnay. This micro-vignoble Champagne is assembled from grapes of 3 different vintages, all exclusively Chardonnay. The company applies environmental and cultural sustainability principles and constantly offers products of great sensitivity and taste. Assailly stands out in particular for its precision winemaking, the possibility of using 'Burgundy' wood, and the recent release of some exciting cuvee batches that better reflect the various terroirs of origin.
