Assailly's Champagne Brut Nature is made from 100% chardonnay from the Grand Cru-classified vineyards of the village of Avize in the famous Cote des Blancs. Assembling different vintages for this uncontrolled champagne that best expresses the minerality of your proven terroir.

	Perlage Perlage is elegant, for a sumptuous table.
	Colour Straw yellow.
	Bouquet Intense and fine aromas, with ripe yeasts and toasted notes.
	Flavour In the mouth it is full, complex and persistent (at the end of the sip it leaves a slight perception of sweetness).
