The symbol of the historical link between the Negro Family and these terroirs. The estate’s leading symbolic label, Perdaudin is made in the vineyards of the old Podere di Audino. The marine origin of the soils gives life to a nectar rich in mineral scents, typical of Roero wines.

Aroma of white flowers such as acacia and orange blossom, notes of pineapple and pear.

Palate has a strong attack, solid, warm with long final and characterized by a pleasant mineral note.
