A typical classic Trentino sparkling wine made from selected Chardonnay grapes cultivated in the Trentino hills at altitudes between 450 and 600 metres above sea level.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Straw yellow with slight greenish hues.
	Bouquet Intense, complex, fine and fruity bouquet; mineral with delicate notes of bread crust.
	Flavour Tasty, pleasantly fresh, balanced and well-structured.

Pairing

It is excellent as an apéritif, with fried prawns or escalopes, such as the typical 'scaloppine alla livornese'.

Origin	Hills of Trento, Valle dei Laghi and Altopiano di Brentonico, an area with vineyards with a great sparkling wine vocation in Trentino.
Yield per hectare	7,000 kg/hectare.
Harvest	By hand, with boxes.
Vinification	The grapes are vinified in white at a controlled temperature in steel and barriques.
Ageing	The second fermentation is carried out in the spring following the harvest, and the wine remains on the lees for more than 24 months. At disgorgement, only a minimum dosage of 'liqueur d'expedition' is carried out.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	It is excellent as an apéritif, with fried prawns or escalopes, such as the typical 'scaloppine alla livornese'.

Flamina the voice of reason

I have been using xtrawine for sometime now and I marvel at the range they have. I have also asked about a particular wine producer i like and sent an email and had a reply saying the wines from this producer will be on the list by week end. Brilliant. One small Glitch for some reason they now use UPS and they are a bit of a nightmare. Compared to FedX. But one quick call to Flamina the voice of reason all my fears were sorted. She’s a credit to the company, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable even had time for a bit of a laugh. Buona Giornata
