3 months in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks followed by 2 months of ageing in the bottle. |
Pairing |
It pairs well with simple creations of Mediterranean cuisine, especially pasta dishes and seasonal soups, and appetizing entrees, including lard and hot bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, hams and salami. |
