Vinification |
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, preceded by pre-fermentation cryo-maceration using the best technologies following, at the same time, the tradition. After racking, the wine is left to decant in steel vats. It then undergoes malolactic fermentation in wood before ageing. |

In stainless steel, wood and bottle for 3 years. |

Excellent with red meat, half-aged cheese and for an apéritif. |
