The spectrum of aromas on the nose is variegated: from fruity notes of raspberry and cherries in spirit it turns to slightly spicier aromas of black pepper.
Flavour
Tasting is fragrant, rich and energetic, with a good structure that is felt even in the final, on average persistent.
It is a wine naturally brought to express itself to the maximum with second courses based on meat. Perfect with game and lamb, it should also be tried with cheeses such as Brie or Reblochon. It gives the best of itself with the duck.
