| Vinification |
In red vinification with maceration of the skins in stainless steel tanks. The must remains in contact with the skins for 30 days, during which it completely undergoes alcoholic fermentation and is then drawn off. |
| Ageing |
The new wine is racked several times before being put into large Slavonian oak barrels, where it ages for 30 months. |
| Pairing |
It perfectly pairs with red meats, beef fillet with pepper, dishes with truffles and aged cheeses. Moreover, it is an excellent pairing with the pot roast. |
