Conca Tre Pile is a hillside of Bussia Soprana planted mainly with Barbera vines up to 45 years old. The result is a red wine of great structure, long and velvety, rich in aromas.

Colour

Dark, ruby red.

Bouquet

The nose reveals clear fruity notes of cherry and blackberry, enriched by spicy notes of vanilla and liquorice.

Flavour

On the palate, it is long and smooth, perfectly balanced by a slight tannin that counteracts the natural acidity. Long finish.

Fermentation temperature	26 - 28 °C.
Vinification	In red with maceration of the skins in steel. The must remains on the skins for 8-10 days.
Ageing	The new wine spends a few months in stainless steel tanks with several racking, then put into oak barrels where it remains for 12 months and is then bottled.
