Produced for the first time with the 2008 harvest, it is the beginning of a new challenge, very demanding, to produce a classic Trentodoc sparkling wine based on Pinot Nero in the great French tradition.

	Perlage A fine, persistent perlage.
	Colour Bright, straw yellow.
	Bouquet A fine and elegant fruity white peach and small red fruits accompanied by delicate hints of fresh mountain herbs and minerality.
	Flavour A "vertical" wine in which the tactile sensations of flavour and freshness dominate initially, gradually opening the way, in perfect harmony, to persistent fruity fragrances.
