Areas of cultivation It is spread mainly in the province of Foggia, in the area of ​​San Severo, but also in other Apulia provinces such as Bari, and in other Adriatic regions of central Italy, where it is often confused with other varieties.
History The origins are uncertain but may come from the eastern basin of the meditteranean, like the trebbiani in general, though there are those who think to come from Spain.
