Sherry Pedro Ximénez 12 Years Old "Don Zoilo" - Williams & Humbert: The names of both wine and cellar are more than a guarantee. The ximénez pear grapes, after being left to dry for about 15 days, are vinified and fortified twice. The ageing system is performed according to the Soleras method. It is a wine that can not be missed in the best cellars.

Intense aromas characteristic of this type of wine with a hint of nuts and fruit.

Flavour

On the palate it is sweet, rich, full-bodied, with a fragrant and persistent aftertaste, made from Pedro Ximenez grapes.
