Former warehouse converted into a distillery. It is said that, while the distillery was under construction, the workers were occasionally disturbed and persecuted by strange events and inexplicable episodes: bizarre howls, frightening screams and frightening shadows could be glimpsed. At the end of the construction these phenomena seem to have ended.
