Origin	Jarnac.
Production technique	Traditional "Charentaise" double distillation in a copper still. Charentaise distillation concentrates the wine's most delicate aromas and flavours, a traditional method dating back to the 18th century.
Ageing	In white oak barrels for a minimum of one year. The aroma is obtained by macerating the almonds.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Drunk chilled as a digestive. It is also recommended with chocolate desserts, coffee or any kind of cream.
