Bouquet
The aromatic bouquet is very broad but the tone that characterizes it is undoubtedly of salty origin, I would say sea air, really impressive. Very mineral and earthy, with sprinkles of citrus notes, freshly spiced.
Flavour
Tasting is full-bodied, sapid and oily, alongside the salty tones of black pepper, but also sweet tones like licorice, vanilla, caramelized grapes. The discretely long finish is all about tones of burnt wood and vanilla.
