Alberto Foletto, the fourth generation of pharmacists, revisited the century-old formula, re-balancing the drugs and lengthening the infusion time to achieve maximum organoleptic expression. 26 botanicals, including Trentine larch bark, characterise this bitter produced using artisanal methods.
