7 year old Tomatin single malt, specially finished in an octave cask and released as part of Duncan Taylor's Octave range. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2016 after spending 4 months in the aforementioned octave cask.

Colour

Lemongrass, orange pith and black pepper.

Bouquet

Hints of coconut and fresh citrus.

Flavour

Creamy malt, with more spicy pepper alongside.
