Distilleria Giuseppe Castelli Grappa Branda 43°
Branda, which in the Piedmontese dialect means "grappa", is bottled and produced in limited quantities. It is the pride of the Castelli Distillery, produced from selected pomace of Barolo wine from Nebbiolo grapes from the best vintages with continuous distillation in a copper boiler. A further product selection is carried out during distillation until storage to obtain only the best of the finished grappa.

Colour

Bright and crystalline.

Bouquet

Soft, intense, enveloping complexity and great personality, floral hints of violet and rose, ripe plum fruit, sweet spicy notes.

Flavour

Full-bodied and mature, velvety softness, enveloping and deep, balanced and harmonious with persuasive notes of acacia honey and liquorice. A persistent aftertaste of the original grape variety.
