Ex-Bourbon barrels and Spanish oak barrels are used to mature this Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey "Balblair" 1999, produced by Balblair Distillery. It is intriguing and substantial, rich in fascinating organoleptic characteristics. Offers an uncommon drink and able to give pleasant sensations.

Colour

Light amber with copper reflections.

Bouquet

Complex with the aroma of sherry barrels to start, notes of caramel, chocolate, raisins and Christmas cake with a hint of spices, apples, honey and hints of citrus and vanilla.

Flavour

Soft with spicy cinnamon, vanilla, milk chocolate with hints of honey and skin. Finish full and persistent with notes of apples, spicy cinnamon with a light touch of wood.
