The nose is intense, with an aroma full of perfectly blended spices and notes of candied orange, lemon peel, grapefruit in the foreground a bit like a signature. Delicate hints of sweet spices, on which liquorice and vanilla stand out.
Flavour
On the palate, an effective balance of sweetness and a delicate acidity that acts as a counterpoint. The freshness of the bitterest finish, where gentian, quassio and mugwort intervene, has a very pleasant persistence.
