Our winemaking technology is deliberately kept to a minimum. The crushed grapes fall freely into the fermentation vats, then into the ageing barrels and finally into the bottling vats.

Affectionately linked to the genuine farming culture of Trentino, we keep our roots firmly in the past by dedicating a part of our production to native varieties, which represent our land and our ideals.
At the same time, we live in the present, with a selection of international varieties and our arms open to the foreign market.
We feel that the future is getting closer and closer and we wanted to anticipate it by planting, first in Italy, zero impact PIWI varieties.
