Reserve wines represent the richness and uniqueness of Charles Heidsieck champagne, but are also constantly evolving wines, which master Chef de Caves assemble in a harmonious composition, while preserving intact the peculiarity that is expected from each wine. Selected grapes, together with the original cru, constitute the complexity of the final product. Vinified cru for cru, vine by vine, allow a precise selection of each wine where the one carries its depth touch, the other its softness.
