This Chiaretto wine is obtained from a \"rosé\" vinification of the grapes. The harvested grapes, after being destemmed, are left to macerate for a few hours and then softly pressed. Fermentation follows in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C. White flowers and fresh red fruit, such as raspberries and currants. Coral pink color with light purple reflections.
