Fermentation in 500-liter French oak barrels at 20-22°C, aged on the lees for 11 months with bâtonnage. Aged for 7 months. Bright and transparent golden yellow color. On the palate, it has a good correspondence to the nose, a fresh attack well balanced by the alcohol, intense body, and a pleasant roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of grape, peach, and pineapple.
