This \u003cb\u003ewhite wine\u003c\/b\u003e follows a rather long and complex winemaking process. The grapes are harvested from various local vineyards, all grown on clay and limestone soils, after careful selection of the best berries. The \u003cb\u003ewine\u003c\/b\u003e is vinified in steel barrels, where it is then aged for at least six months with selected fine yeasts. The uniqueness of this product lies in the fact that it is left to age for an additional six months in glass bottles before being released for sale. It can be consumed immediately in the year of bottling, but the winery itself recommends appreciating it after a few years, letting it age in its bottle in a cool area away from direct light.
