Description
Trento DOC classic method brut sparkling wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by De Vigili in Trentino Alto Adige. Chardonnay. A Trento DOC that reflects the elegance and finesse of mountain bubbles. The grapes come from Collina dei Sorni, in Lavis. The whole grapes are placed directly in the press, where we gently press and extract only the free-run must. The base wine ferments and ages in stainless steel until next spring, when tirage takes place, which begins the period of aging on the lees, which we extend to at least 36 months. After disgorgement, we wait at least 6 months before releasing ART to the market.

Piana Rotaliana is a plain located between the Adige River and the Noce River, surrounded by the Dolomite rock walls of the Mezzocorona and Mezzolombardo mountains. It is an area formed by the Adamello and Presanella glaciers, enjoying significant temperature variations between day and night due to the cold winds from the alpine glaciers and the warm air currents from Lake Garda.
Thanks to the glacial movement, the subsoil is characterized by a layer of fertile sand and silt with the presence of Tonalite pebbles.
On this unique soil, where the rock still plays a significant role, Teroldego vines grow, cultivated according to the traditional pergola doppia trentina. Read more
